At the Garryvoe Hotel we've been hosting weddings since the first day we opened 50 years ago. And there is a reason for that; we don't have wedding coordinators. Hosting your wedding is such a major part of what we do that you will work directly with Stephen, the General Manager and Andrzej, the Deputy General Manager.

The Garryvoe Hotel is also approved to host Civil Weddings and Civil Partnership Ceremonies. We have a number of rooms suitable for civil ceremonies and should couples also wish a spiritual or humanist blessing element as part of their ceremony, we are happy to arrange that. (We do not charge for room hire or set up for civil ceremonies).

It's your wedding: you will deal with one person, who will sit down with you all the way to listen, guide, and help in every possible way. And that same person is on the floor at all times during your big day.

We can cater for smaller, intimate weddings or weddings of up to 300 guests. We can do set menus or á la carte. We set a budget with you – and there are no hidden costs. Our weddings are all about you; you will not notice us, but we will be watching every detail, quietly behind the scenes . . .

Our Wedding Proposal for 2018 includes the following:

• An experienced Wedding Manager to advise you and ensure that your preparations and Reception run smoothly.

• Full complimentary use of Audio-Visual equipment for speeches.
• Choice of cake stands and cake knife provided.
• Complimentary overnight accommodation in the Bridal Suite with Champagne for Bride & Groom on the night of the wedding
• Complimentary overnight accommodation in the Bridal Suite on your first anniversary
• Complimentary Tea, Coffee & Biscuits arrival reception.
• Complimentary Room Set Up for Civil Weddings and Civil Partnership ceremonies
• Special Accommodation rates for your guests, including Full Irish Breakfast.
• Use of the Health Club.
• Wedding Receptions booked Monday to Thursday, excluding Bank Holidays and New Year’s Eve can avail of a 10% discount off your dinner food bill.
• Spend the next day with your close friends and family with a two night Bed and Breakfast and one Dinner Special. We can customise this with a Private dinner party or an informal get together for the day after the wedding. (Subject to availability)
• Situated on 5 km of Blue flag beach, we are an environmentally conscious hotel with the Green Hospitality Award Scheme, EPA recognised. If you wish to know more about our goals and objectives or having a more environmentally conscious wedding we would be glad to discuss them with you.
• We support where possible, local producers by designing our menus and offerings around the best of local produce with particular emphasis on quality, freshness, and seasonality. Example of local producers we use regularly are: Shannagarry Smoked Salmon, Tim O’s Cheese, Ballycotton Seafood, Midleton Eggs, Ballyburden Meats.
