On your big day, we'll ensure your guests who choose to stay with us will enjoy themselves as much as you do!
Beautifully appointed guestrooms, many with seaviews; Room Service; spacious public areas; a choice of dining options, luxurious Health Club, Swimming Pool & Outdoor Hot Tub; friendly service, Residents, Bar, Free WiFi, that head-clearing beach walk and more, much more . . .
When you have a view like the Garryvoe Hotel has, you make the most of it – all 360 degrees. So when you book with us you have a choice – the ocean or the unspoiled countryside? Or in some rooms both!
And because we have all this glorious space and glorious views, we have made all our bedrooms bigger than standard. Our standard room is now almost 400 sq. ft. and we got totally carried away with the new Oceanview Bridal Suite with Terrace – it is 1,200 sq feet of indulgent, romantic luxury.
We currently have 83 rooms and our accommodation options include a Bridal Suite, Junior Suites (which have individual terrace or balcony) and our new and upgraded Standard and Family Rooms. (non-smoking and smoking rooms available).
We are delighted to welcome you to the most luxurious and health focused Health Club in East Cork. Everything we do at the Garryvoe is guided by a simple mission to offer quality, luxury and professionalism at an affordable price.
The new Garryvoe Hotel Health Club facilities will include:
The Garryvoe Hotel Health Club is open to the public on a strict membership only basis; you can download an information brochure. Membership numbers will be strictly limited in order to maintain ease of access for all members and guests.
When you have the best and freshest ingredients in the world you do not mess with them. And at the Garryvoe Hotel we are really lucky, they are all on our doorstep. We get our seafood from the pier at Ballycotton and if you are up early enough you will see the boats landing it every morning. Our meat comes from all local farms through Kelly’s Family Butchers up the road in Killeagh. And our vegetables, well you only have to take a trip to the renowned Midleton Farmer’s Market on a Saturday to see the selection from our local growers, why would we go anywhere else?
That is why we always have a fresh prawn cocktail on the menu, it is why our fresh fish nearly leaps off the plate and it is why people travel for miles for steaks the way nature intended them (it is also why if you ask for new potatoes in December you won’t get them!). Whether you choose to eat in our hotel restaurant, the Lighthouse Bar and Grill or snack in the comfort of the Cave Bar, our head chef Kevin O’Sullivan and his team will deliver three simple things: Flavour, Freshness & Simplicity.
Where do we start? East Cork is so crammed with things to do, so here are just a few tasters
A little nearer to home is Ballycotton village, five minutes drive and maybe have lunch at our sister hotel the Bayview before heading off on the spectacular Ballycotton Cliff walk? There’s also fishing, water sports, quad biking, the famous Ballymaloe Cookery School and horse-riding within a few minutes of the hotel.
Our reception staff will be happy to help you with any arrangements!
